Description
Arnold himself used this routine early in his career to build a lot of muscle. It's very simple to follow and beginner friendly. The downside is that some muscles, like calves, are overlooked, so this is probably not a great fit for more advanced bodybuilders. Do the routine 3 times a week with at least 1 day in between workouts, e.g., Mon, Wed, and Fri

If you can't do pull ups, go for lat pulldowns instead.
